We start out with a thorough pressure washing using high powered equipment and quality solvents designed to cut through the toughest mildew, dirt and grime.  There are various procedures and critical time lines to ensure a lasting finish. We respect those time lines providing ample time between pressure washing and caulking, and caulking and painting. We do not rush procedures. We have qualified carpenters capable of extensive repairs and diligent painters who are thorough with prep. Prep is everything and we absolutely do not take short cuts.

We use top of the line Sherwin Williams products such as Duration, Resiliance and Super Paint for siding and trim and we are happy to assist with color selections.
